In the human cloning family business, Allimah lives a quiet, regiment life with her parents. But after playing with life, she recovers in a hospital. Slowly, her dreams become reality as Allimah finds herself related to the prestige Utopian planet called Aricama, the land of practice play and healing. New Mony! is a spiritual sci-fi puppet full length production exploring duality and ancestry that questions our current paradigm and visualizes our the highest reality.
This Dixon Place commission was made possible, in part, with private funds from the Jim Henson Foundation Workshop Grant and the Jerome Foundation; and public funds from the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs with the City Council and NY State Council on the Arts with the support of Gov Andrew Cuomo and the NY State Legislature.
